My 16 month labrador has had his for 2 months now and he carries it around everywhere. I love that he cherishes this toy. It is the only toy he hasnt destroyed so far. Love that it is machine washable too. Great quality. Thank you, i will definetely purchase again

My border collie loves to snuggle up with it. She played with her first one so hard it eventually got a few holes and I had to replace it. She really likes the quake sound. This one just stays in her kennel most of the time for snuggles.
It took a little bit to get her to play with this duck. Now she does take it around the house and has not tried to tear it up. I find it all around the house when I come home from work.

Niko likes to snuggle with his duck but also likes to toss it about and play rough with it too. So far it's holding up. He rotates this in along with all his other toys. I would not say it's his favorite or that it calms him, but he definitely enjoys it for both calm rest and exciting play.

Long review- It's a whole story in here. So, 5 stars, first of all. Which you may not think, judging from the, ah, state of the duck in the photos. But this is after a year. You must understand, my aunt brought this thing home for my dog and I thought, 'sweet gift, waste of money, that thing is going to be eviscerated in five minitues, tops'. This did not happen?!? Ryder, bless his heart, destroys anything with stuffing that is handed to him, like instantly. Except this duck, for Some Reason?!? This is the ONLY dog 'toy' that I have ever bothered patching. When he's through with something, 'patching' isn't even on the table. It took months for the first hole to appear due to a bit of over-enthuastic quacking. And he loves the thing so much, I kinda went, 'well.... why not?'. I wash it every month. He enjoys taking it outside with him, which means duck gets dirty. This has not affected Duck Quality. It also, impressively, still quacks a year later! (I've already decided if it ever Stops Quacking, I'll be ordering another one, but it's still going strong, so that may take a while.) Look, objectivly, I cannot guarentee your dog will act the same as mine. But mine loves this darn duck. So give it a shot, I suppose. It's a darn good duck.

Benjamin had this for all of five minutes and was very excited to play with his new friend. He was overly joyous by the quacking sound that he couldn’t contain his enthusiasm! Although his little friend is now exploded he is still very much enjoying still playing with him. While we will need to do surgery to put his friend back together, we are thrilled that Benjamin is so happy!

I was very skeptical that this toy would last. My dog has destroyed every plush, squeaky toy we’ve ever gotten him in his 10 years of life. The reviews convinced me to give it a try and I’m so glad I did! He absolutely loves his calming duck! I’ve never seen him be so gentle with a toy. He is very attached to it, even bringing it outside to play in the snow with him. He’s typically an anxious dog, but he’s been more calm snuggling and sleeping with his duck. I also love that it sounds like a real quack sound vs a typical squeaker. It’s worth the price. My dog is so happy!
