For Calming Beds only: due to size restrictions, we are unable to ship 100cm or 120cm beds to Hawaii, Alaska, Switzerland, South Africa and United Arab Emirates. Other sizes are okay.

For Calming Jumbo Ball only: demand has exceeded our expectations. Orders placed after February 12, 2026 are expected to ship from March 2, 2026.
